While at Epsilon I had the unique opportunity of working with clients in the healthcare industry. The majority of my work at this time was focused on supporting Horizon's rare disease portfolio that included RAVICTI, ACTIMMUNE and PROCYSBI. The scope of our work was large and included things such as writing scripts for support phone lines, creating and launching email campaigns as well as managing a large collection of websites. In my role as an Account Manager I helped lead the strategic vision for the account and worked hand in hand with project managers, developers and creatives to deliver amazing work for our client.
